Billing
We do NOT send out invoices. We make every attempt to contact you before your bill is due. Enterprise Park, Inc. believes in corporate social responsibility including going paperless as much as possible.
Great, question and the answer is we do measure all trailers from the rear bumper to the front hitch or in a 5th wheel from the rear bumper to the king pin hitch. For all Class A and Class C motorhomes we measure from bumper to bumper. Any RV with a spare tire or brush guard will also be included. For all boats it is from the trailer hitch to the most rear item including propeller, swim platform, etc.
We have made our billing more streamlined by offering two chocies 6 month or 12 month. Why some peaople like month to month we find it easier for the tentants and Enterprise Park to remember payment easier. It also contributes to less paper and a more sustainable business practice. *** No refunds if you decide to move out before your lease agreement is finished.
Enterprise Park, Inc. can accept all major credit cards with mag-stripe or chip. We also accepts checks and cash. Each transaction gets a receipt.
Damage
Enterprise Park, Inc. requires all tenants to have insurance on thier property. Enterprise Park, Inc. is held harmless from damage, theft to property, acts of God, animals or any other event that may occur.
Hours of operation
Monday - Friday:
5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m
Saturday and Sunday:
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We find these are the most conveinent hours for people that work.
Seasonal spaces
Yes, we do but in 6 month increments.
Security
1.) HDTV 1080P or higher cameras that are IP based from Axis Communications.
2.) Biometric, proximity, scramble pad, Bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC) access control from 2N.
3.) Melvindale and Allen Park police trolls
4.) Radar detection for entry on nights, weekends and holidays from Axis.
5.) Audio speakers for announcements from Axis.
6.) Drivers license and registration required for all vehicles entering the facility.
7.) License plate recognition at the front gate for visitor entry and exit
8.) Several others we can't discuss 
Space sizes
We offer two types of storage indoor and outdoor:
Indoor spaces are larger than your traditional individual garages that look alike. We have severl diffeent sizes and it's best to call the office (313) 383-7700 for details. All indoor units include electricity in the price. Also, these are units you can "work" out of.
